Ancient Kauri Bowl – 274

Fine consistent grain in this pretty Natural-edged bowl. It is a darker color then the usual Ancient Kauri color-tones, This is normal when close to the outer edges of the log, where this wood came from.

Very cool bug holes from insects active 50,000-years-ago! (No, they are not still in the wood – they died many thousands of decades ago!)

This bowl is 4 inches high and 6 1/2 inches is the largest diameter.

This bowl has strong sidewalls, and is suitable for re-turning on a lathe if this interests you.

From the 2021 Collection, one of 350 bowls.

When this bowl is sold, it will never be replaced.
